Upon Account closure for cause, pn777 may withhold the Player's balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, pn777 may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
Players may also voluntarily close their own Account at any time by contacting pn777 customer support. Voluntary Account closures for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and are subject to the terms described in Section 11 of this Agreement.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pn777's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, regulatory action, or infrastructure outages) may cause temporary Platform unavailability. pn777 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance windows in advance.
In all cases, pn777's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to pn777 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pn777 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to resolve disputes informally by contacting pn777 customer support. pn777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the pn777 customer support team and will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours.
pn777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the pn777 Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
